In further service to our country, the leaders of Viqtory have set out to offer Cybersecurity services to the government. We have developed our Cybersecurity services offering with experienced team leadership with a breadth and depth of expertise in Cybersecurity capabilities. 

Our leadership has extensive experience in risk management, the foundation of Cybersecurity, as well as the discipline of Cybersecurity. Our leaders have created Cybersecurity programs for commercial clients in addition, our leadership has worked extensively for the federal government.

• The VA – Developed a standard for the Veteran Record, developing a logical and physical data model. Advised on Capabilities Maturity Model-Implementation (CMMI).
• Dept of State – Developed a Security Architecture, based on James Martin’s Information Engineering Methodology (IEM), advising on information security controls and risk management practices. Secret Clearance.
• Executive Office of the President – Managed several projects for different offices including:
  • Office of Management and Budget – Developed ‘What if?’ applications for budget analysts across the executive branch.
  • Office of Administration – Performed several strategic activities including responses for the Justice Department’s representation of the President in FOIA case.
  • Office of the Vice President – Created an application to manage correspondence.
  • White House Travel Office – Developed an application to manage travel-related trips, including cost/budget and participant information. Performed additional activities involving the White House Office, White House Communications Agency, and Presidential Personnel with participation from the National Archives and Records Administration.
• US Army – For Congressionally-Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP) at Fort Detrick, developed services-oriented architecture for research grant proposal review and lifecycle management.
• NIH's National Cancer Institute (NCI) - Created web site designs and implementations. Developed a mobile application to track and schedule maintenance activities…before mobile devices were ubiquitous!
